Nice and absolutely amazing hotel, nice base for 7 nights in Gammarth. Exceptionally comfortable beds and a safe box, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a mini fridge bar. An incredibly beautiful view of garden. Big room, stunning location to the sea side. Next to Tunis, Carthage, la Marsa, Cafe des delices, and downtown. Honestly nothing too much trouble.

Really enjoyed pleasant staff and reasonably spacious hotel.
In my case they offered Wheelchair Accessible room with the air condition and TV, for example and that was great🙂

I really enjoyed the hotel, received superb service.
The deluxe queen room was luxury with the air condition and TV, for example. The hotel was in an amazing location near to the airport and La Marsa, Sidi Bou Said and La Goulette.

Spacious rooms with comfortable amenities, including a clean and well-maintained bathroom. The hotel has a warm swimming pool open in the winter and a beautiful beach. The staff at the reception were friendly and helpful.

The hotel looks grand, balcony had sea view and the room was reasonably clean. The breakfast was good - with a lot of choice and friendly waiters. I believe for Tunisia the hotel is of an excellent standard but cannot fully compare with a 5* in Europe. The Saudi ambassador stayed at the hotel while we were there so I guess that the hotel is definitely of a high quality for Tunesia.
The reception staff were not overly friendly and when we advised them that our toilet seat was broken nothing ever happened and the broken seat was not fixed. The service at the dinner restaurant was rather slow.

pleasantly surprised by the improvements during my recent stay in Gammarth. The location was still great, but this time the facilities were even better. The staff was polite and attentive, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Definitely exceeded my expectations!
Wifi connection was weak.

i booked on .com service. i was given confirmed booking pin number and reservation number. when i arrived mr sabri said hotel full sorry1. i had booked 3 months prior.i had come at 12mn after over 12hrs airtravel with wife and doctor daughter. we were arranged another hotel for 8 hours by hotel staff ..hotel ramada offerred much more a suite in fact for much less. but i still came back for two more days stay.ramada breakfast spread was better. Your rooms must have tea/coffee which ramada offered, a welcome drink.a bottle of water and there was no international plug point for computer or phone...so you are not a executive friendly hotel. may be of for rich illiterate middle east customer but not a value for euro custom. Rec staff unfriendly
i have used decent language and applied the saboor principle. i have already answered the question asked.hope you will reform and give better service like ramada tunis. salaams

Breakfast. All Staff very kind and careful. They helped us with good indications for taxi and places to visit.
The room is large but we think is a 4 star hotel room, not a 5 star. the rest of the hotel is definitely 5 star. the concierge did not give us un umbrella to go to a restaurant at 300 mt. and it was raining. Very disappointing. But it was an isolated episode

I recently stayed at a hotel near the beach called Le Palace in Tunisia. My stay was for a few nights and I was very pleased with the experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always greeting me with a smile. They were also very attentive and helpful, making sure I had everything I needed. The room was spacious, clean, and had a comfortable bed. I particularly enjoyed the sea view from the balcony. The highlight for me was the pool area, where the staff provided excellent service, bringing towels and food/drinks as needed. it was a great stay with a fantastic location and top-notch service.
I highly recommend this hotel.

The main entrence was nice.
This is not a 5 star it is a 3 star at best and there is no beach and is away from the main city. The rooms are old and out of date like the 80's and there is mold growing in the hotel hallways. This hotel is not worth what you pay and I checked out early for the poor lack of amenties for the money.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, with a fake-looking Egyptian temple right next to the beach. We enjoyed the magnificent views and appreciated the easy access to public transportation and nearby restaurants. The staff, especially Layila and Housin at breakfast, were accommodating and friendly. The pool area was also excellent, with staff bringing us towels and food/drinks.
Not obvious to find.
